To adequately conduct a personal mortgage analysis for you and schedule a planning session, we need the following information:
#1 The date you purchased the home?
#2 The purchase price?
#3 The type of loan you currently have – conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
#4 The term of your current loan (15 year, 30 year)
#5 The approximate balance owed and your current interest rate
#6 Do you pay PMI (private mortgage insurance)?
#7 The approximate amount of your taxes and insurance
#8 Are they currently escrowed?
#9 The approximate value of your home now
#10 Your goal in the refinance – i.e., lower your payment, interest – or change in terms (30 year to a 15 year, etc.)
#11 How long do you intend to be in this home?
It would be helpful if you had a current mortgage statement in front of you when we have our planning session
